You’ll check in at the front desk when you arrive. The necessary paperwork can be found on our website (below or under Forms and Fess) or completed upon arrival. If you choose not to complete the paperwork ahead of time, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the forms in the office. Please bring your current insurance card and photo ID with you so we can make sure we have all of the correct information to file your claims. If your appointment is due to an injury caused by an auto accident please bring all information relevant to the case with you.
You’ll then be taken to the exam room where your health history and current concerns will be reviewed a physical exam will be performed and take spinal X-rays taken if necessary. As long as there are no mitigating factors, you will receive your first adjustment because we want our patients to start getting relief from their pain as soon as possible. After your adjustment you will mostly likely get to enjoy one of our massage chairs or the intersegmental traction table. After 15 minutes of massage or traction, you will schedule your next appointment on your way out!
Please plan on spending about an hour with us. Fifteen minutes can be added to this time if paperwork wasn’t completed ahead of time.
